Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Country refers to: Turkey
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Copyright Infringement Notice and Content Removal
Our company ensures that all content uploaded to the platform complies with copyright laws. Content is uploaded by our management team, and we respect all owners' intellectual property rights. In case of an accidental copyright infringement, we will take necessary measures promptly in accordance with Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law (Law No. 5846).
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Information about where the allegedly infringing content is located on our platform.
- Contact information (address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Content Removal
When we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we will promptly review the complaint and remove or restrict access to the content if necessary. These actions will be taken in accordance with Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law (Law No. 5846). In case of content removal, we will inform the responsible administrator and conduct further investigation if needed. In accordance with Turkish law, we aim to remove infringing content within 3 business days.
Right of Response and Objections
If an administrator believes that the content removal was unjustified, they may submit a counter-notice. Contact us for more information about the objection process. The counter-notice must comply with relevant legal requirements.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

- Hizmet, Uygulamayı ifade eder.

Telif Hakkı İhlali Bildirimi ve İçerik Kaldırma
Şirketimiz, platforma yüklenen tüm içeriklerin telif hakkı yasalarına uygun olmasını sağlamaktadır. İçerikler, yönetim ekibimiz tarafından yüklenmektedir ve tüm sahiplerin fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı gösteriyoruz. Yanlışlıkla bir telif hakkı ihlali gerçekleşmesi durumunda, Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu (Kanun No. 5846) uyarınca hızlı bir şekilde gerekli önlemleri alacağız.
Telif Hakkı İhlali Bildirimi
Platformumuzda herhangi bir içeriğin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, aşağıdaki bilgileri içeren yazılı bir bildirimde bulunabilirsiniz:
- Telif hakkı sahibinin veya onların adına hareket etmeye yetkili bir kişinin fiziksel veya elektronik imzası.

İçerik Kaldırma
Geçerli bir telif hakkı ihlali bildirimi aldığımızda, şikayeti hızla gözden geçirecek ve gerekirse içerik kaldırılacak veya erişimi kısıtlanacaktır. Bu işlemler, Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu (Kanun No. 5846) kapsamında gerçekleştirilecektir. İçeriğin kaldırılması durumunda, sorumlu yöneticiyi bilgilendirecek ve gerektiğinde daha fazla araştırma yapacağız. Türk yasalarına uygun olarak, ihlal eden içeriği en geç 3 iş günü içinde kaldırmayı hedefliyoruz.
Yanıt Hakkı ve İtirazlar
Bir yönetici, içeriğin kaldırılmasının haksız olduğunu düşünüyorsa, karşı bildirimde bulunabilir. İtiraz süreci hakkında daha fazla bilgi için bizimle iletişime geçin. Karşı bildirim, ilgili yasal gerekliliklere uygun olmalıdır.
Kişisel Verilerinizin Güvenliği
Kişisel Verilerinizin güvenliği Bizim için önemlidir, ancak İnternet üzerinden hiçbir aktarım yönteminin veya elektronik depolama yönteminin %100 güvenli olmadığını unutmayın. Kişisel Verilerinizi korumak için ticari olarak kabul edilebilir araçları kullanmaya çalışsak da, mutlak güvenliğini garanti edemeyiz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki hiç kimseye hitap etmemektedir. 13 yaşın altındaki hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamıyoruz.
